How to Use a Loop Turner
In sewing, this tool is used for making straps and feeding material through a casing. First feed the looper itself through the casing then hook one end of the (elastic). The latch will secure itself through the force of the pulling.
Foldover Elastic
foldover elastic is very flexible, stretchy - think floppy. lot's of headbands and hair ties are made with printed versions. they're very inexpensive and easy to find.
